TRAVEL: Participants are responsible for all costs to attend this meeting.
Transportation to the Meeting Facility
Taxicab: Participants are encouraged to take a taxi from the hotel to the PCP Building.
Parking: Limited parking is located on the lower level of the PCP Building. The daily rate is $17.00.
Security Information
You will be subject to a metal detector screening at the ED offices. Visitors will be required to show one (1) form of identification (a government-issued photo ID—driver's license, passport, green card, etc.) and state the purpose of the visit to gain access to the building.
Note: At peak times, it can take up to 20-30 minutes to go through security. Please limit bags and things in pockets to facilitate a speedier entry.
Meals
Due to federal regulations, refreshments will not be provided.
Attendees are encouraged to obtain breakfast prior to the meeting. Food trucks, a small deli, Starbucks, and Potbelly (sandwiches) are located in close proximity to the building. In addition, there is a small snack counter in the building where attendees will be able to purchase sandwiches and beverages for lunch and afternoon snacks.
