To join the meeting, please use the connection link provided in your registration approval email. Please email conferences@novaresearch.com if you are unable to locate your connection link.

Tech Checks
Technical Dry Run Sessions will be conducted before the meeting. These sessions will allow participants to review the agenda and ensure that all technical issues are addressed prior to the meeting day. The Tech Check schedule for each roundtable is listed below:

Roundtable 2 (February 23–25, 2021)
February 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. EST

You will receive a separate email with Tech Check session details in early 2021.

Video/Audio
Webcam access will be required to participate in the roundtable meeting. Once logged into the meeting, you will be instructed when to turn on your camera. We ask that you remain muted unless you are speaking.

We recommend you log in 15 minutes early to ensure that you are not having any technical difficulties. If you are unable to connect to the meeting, send an email to conferences@novaresearch.com. Someone will be able to assist you.
