Transportation to the Meeting Facility

Taxicab: Participants are encouraged to take a taxi from the hotel to the Potomac Center Plaza (PCP) building.

Parking: Limited parking is located on the lower level of the PCP building. The daily rate is $17.00.

Security Information

Visitors must show one (1) form of identification (a government-issued photo ID—driver's license, passport, green card, etc.) and state the purpose of their visit to gain access to the PCP building. You will be subject to metal detector screening at the ED offices.

Please arrive by 7:30 a.m. At peak times, it can take up to 20–30 minutes to go through security. Please limit bags and other personal items to facilitate a speedier entry.

Meals

Due to federal regulations, refreshments will not be provided at the symposium. Attendees are encouraged to obtain breakfast prior to the meeting. Food trucks, restaurants, and other eateries are located nearby, and a small snack counter on the 7th floor of the building offers food items until 2 p.m.
